Hyundai Terracan 2.9d P1640 - 12manux - 08-05-2022
hi guys...
working on a 2003 Terracan 2.9.
Customer changed engine ,all good ,left the shop no issue ,that washed engine bay ,and since then the car is no starting and throwing P1640 code (MAIN RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION )
All wiring ,fuse,relays have been verified and everything is ok.
Now from what i see i think that the ECU might be faulty .From what i saw on internet this P1640 is usually related with engine ECU.I will order one and make it virgin but until than i need some opinions from you guys.

Check the fuse and wiring.

All ok both fuses /relays and wiring
