E90 CAS: Enable Klemme 15 on bench - PhreakShow - 25-05-2022
I have a bench setup with CAS, FRM, JBE at my desk. They are spare parts from ebay, without a key fob and from different cars.
The CAS does not send ignition signal aka Klemme15. I also have a FEM, on that FEM I can enable KL15 via tool32 job.
Is there a way to have the CAS send KL15?

Get CAS files with know ISN number. Write files to CAS, make key using this ISN. Done

Remember that you also need an ELV or ELV emulator or CAS without ELV

If cas4 I think you can use non elv file on cas and use tool32 to send KL15 instruction?

In title there is E90, so I dont think he can use CAS4 or FEM.

Without ELV or ELV emulator, there will be no KL 15. Of course, CAS 3 can be reprogrammed with WinKFP to "without ELV" version.
