B&O amplifier for F10 and F01 - m5proud - 26-05-2022
Hi everyone!
May be some one have an expirience about difference in amplifiers LEAR for Bang&Olufson sound system in F10 and F01.
I have got B&O for my F02, but amp was flooded a bit.
I have found many offers of F10 amps.
According to ETK, F10 is compotible with F06,F12,F13.
F02 - with F07.
F02 and F10 amps have different part numbers, but Wiring diagram is the same.
Is there ane hardware difference, that might affect on sound?

Those definitely differ by software between F01 and F10 hence different part numbers. However there are some specific hardware variants which were used in both F01 and F10 series so those can (theoretically) be reflashed to different series.
For example F10 part # 6808523 has identical hardware as F01 # 6808524 and 6808525.
Other F10 part # which have same hardware as used in F01: 9287247, 9304378, 9320140, 9351080.
P.S. The part # provided here are not all the same hardware. There were multiple hardware revisions of these amps.

FYI: Amps for F10 and F01 have different part numbers, but same hwel, so it is completely identical.

You can fit it without problem, i did retrofit on my F01 many years ago, and AMP was used from F10. No worries, all works fine
