Bmw e53 3.0d (2003) ECU update probleme need help - hero3838 - 04-06-2022

The problem then followed, the

car then a 2003 BMW E53 3.0D , the original plan was to upgrade the DME but winkfp failed to load even when it was thrown for the first time errori:
Error 211:

Error on flash programming!

Code

2021 datatransmission to ECU disrupted IFH-0010 datatransmission to ECU disrupted 12DDE40

2021 datatransmission to ECU disrupted SG_PROGRAMMIEREN

2021 datatransmission to ECU disrupted



and another

Error 211:

Error on flash programming!

Code

2020 no response from ECU ..... etc



After that, the car will not start, says "fuel injection system" (does not take the feed pump), "trans. file safe prog '' (box in emergency mode), temp immediately below when the ignition is switched on and the ASC light illuminates with ABS. The above error did not exist before ....

The engine cannot be accessed with INPA (SYS-0012 IDENTIFICATION ERROR), but the box, IKE, KMBI, etc. can be accessed. The error code in these modules is "Error CAN-bus timeout DME" (ie the modules cannot connect to the brain)

Tool32 and WinKfp get some access, for example the UIF can be read, and so 



In the case of a normal K + DCAN cable with pins 7 and 8 twisted together, I also tried to disconnect the same result. İ have icom but i can't connect icom to inpa,ista or winkfp not car related problem i think ebidas ini problem.

İ attached photo; coding data and zbs before flashing, flash error photo, ECU photo, inpa ECU information before flash error 
is anyone exposed to similar problems?

If it is DDE4, it is an ECU which very often causes problems during programming. I had a similar case a few years ago, except that the ECU died while programming with ISTA. Everything was fixed with DIS 44. DIS includes ECU repair functions.

 DISis: Coding / Programing-Programming-DDE programining-replace unit-Faulty unit stil connected: Yes ....  This function is it 
İf not can you explain more specifically i don't use dis very long time and not familiar with it much

I used the K + Dcan cable for this process. I do not remember the details anymore because it's been quite a few years, and I also use this program for a long time. I remember that it was not difficult, DIS asked precise commands and you had to enter the VIN number and the software number (I entered the one that was before the ECU damage)

Problem is K-Dcan poor quality cable. ICOM or ADS do this job without any problems. I programmed hundreds of this units.

Better use nfs wich choose correct zb itself from vo and istep and also correct protocol.

flash this zb 7793122 but if you use winkfp choose kwp2000 protocol

Hi you need istap with icom for this one otherwise write failure
