Hello...
i have a faulty?? RT6 RNEG2 from a Citroen Jumpy, it look like lost the fw, all the time the cd try to load the disk......
i have download the 2.86v, and i want to ask, just unzip it in a stick or cd and just plug in to radio? (with engine running of course....)
nothing else?

Before that, you need to replace the sd with a new one, 16 GB is enough and after that connect the radio to the car and insert the uzb with the firmware
SD is found in the radio itself, it needs to be disassembled
