I think there is no tool that does cloning for these ecu.

Not sure for 100%, but 99% that Flex is able to clone this ecu as shouldn't have OTP sectors.
Flex is able to read/write full backup on Audi MG1CS002 from release 3.10.0.0 version

Cloning is tricky on these.
No tool can do it direct.
Can copy eprom and flash over. but need ODIS E to FRF the flash onto the ECU after adapting IMMO with ODIS S
Or IMMO off it
