1) Hope you're installing it for "All users (recommended).
2) If Autocom Cars is already installed, create a shortcut with Icon (as you wish).
pointing to "main.exe". And edit properties of the shortcut.
And place after "main.exe" > "Main.exe trucks"
Ex: "C:\Program files\Autocom\Main.exe trucks"
