Υοu need a car battery charger to connect ro your car before flasing.
Flashing is easy. Copy the file you need to desktop. From VCP control unit in question select flash. Select folder then flash file . Wait until it is done.100%.

why not use v19 turkish and maybe found maybe later some 19.01.01 .
found only v19 and still online but no 19.01.01.
