ME7.5 Auto to manual swap - mgs41987 - 20-07-2022
Hi , I have swapped a manual trans into my 2002 A3 1.8T and have changed the EEPROM coding from 0011550 to 0011500 which is correct for a manual car but the ECU/ABS & Cluster are still looking for comms from the TCU. I've looked at the ABS and cluster coding but there doesn't appear to be any changes i can make that relate to the auto trans.
Any ideas what i'm missing?

You need software for manual transmission.
