G30 No sound from BT or USB after MGU Retrofit - Mwahab - 27-07-2022
Hey
We partially completed the retrofit for MGU, Livecockpit and RAM in G30 2018 .. Everything is working crystal clear with Carplay, Android Auto, Navi etc
However RAM or MGU got a strange issue, sound is working from Radio, but it's not working from any other source.
Car has basic stereo system as well as RAM its a BASIS one
All FSCs are accepted and certificates are validated.
KOMBI, MGU and RAM are on the same ISTEP, rest of car has the latest istep.
There is one error related to RAM in ISTA states that MIC1 is disconnected.
Ethernet is perfectly locked and working.

I would first update KOMBI RAM and MGU on latest i level....

Already did.
Edit: KOMBI, RAM and MGU are on Prelatest ISTEP, will update them and check.

Check for "multichannel" coding on mgu and set to nicht aktiv

I have retrofited mgu and ram in g30 2018. After car go sleep ram was inaccessible. If in disconnect ram for 5-10min an connect again, all work fine until the next sleep. And any error for ethernet

Do you need emulator etc for live cockpit to work when there is vin mismatch? Can anyone help me to lookup for proper partnumbers when looking to replace nbt evo, 6wb and bowers and wilkins amp?
