I just reactivated for 2023 and all prices are gone. Tried updating prices and says no price updates available for my country (USA). Do I need to reinstall everything?

I think that's the hardlock dll 2.13 fethler 14 error
When you start Petka an window pops up which shows you the hardware ID.
If you get the hardlock error "Fehler 14", try to install this VC runtime:
After that Petka should start and show the activation window.

Newly installed on a new PC Windows 11.
Was working fine on my older PC also Windows 11.
Have a new key just generated for this new install.
However I get the 'hardlock not present' error.
Have the whole Digital Eliteboard folder excluded from AV scanning, also tried with realtime scanning disabled.
Reinstalled PETKA, no change. Anyone have a workaround?

Did a fresh install and the prices were OK with Germany as the country. Apparently if change to USA the prices get deleted and WILL NOT update any more.

Few days ago I ran updated all brands to most recent updates version without any problem. The latest update, ex. 1486 keeps failing to install. I tried to download few times, and no change. What could be wrong?

You need to uninstall the specific data that can't be updated. After that you can install it again from the downloaded PETKA package.

I wanted to remove affected update files, but can't find where the files are located. Where are the downloaded update files being stored? There is only 1 file in C: > ProgramData > LexCom. Thanks

Did you also install the 8.5 version? Or maybe the 8.3
You may have an update loop. You currently have 1486, but what does the updater say? Does he want to update again? If so, you have an update loop.

Try uninstall from Program and Features
