Hi,

Just for info.
I was having the Hardlock DLL:2.13.Error also.

I discovered that my antivirus program (ESET) was constantly deleting a file.
If you go into your quarantine folder you may find:-
c:\Program Files (x86)\Digital-Eliteboard\PETKA\Program8.5\Program 1\etinfo.dll
or something similar.

You need to restore this file and then disable your antivirus. Re-try opening the program and you will probably find it is ok.
If so you need to find out how to prevent your antivirus from deleting this file.
In my case, there was an option to exclude the PETKA folder from scanning.

Hope this is of help to some with the same problem.

This seems to be problem only with Skoda prices, when I uncheck skoda it is working. When I select all or only Skoda it will freeze - maybe server for skoda pricing is not responding? Could somebody test please?

Tried again today and it is working now. Seems issue on server.

It's recommended to use a vpn connection because it's directly accessing the LexCom server.
