Bmw Explorer usb dongle issue - Bavrian - 19-08-2022
I have original Bmw Explorer for many years
One day while using the usb dongle stopped working
Has anyone experienced the same before and were they charged to get a replacement usb dongle as without it the tool can’t function

Contact Vasil via Skype. But most likely you will have to pay for the kit (key and adapter) again. The licenses will be transferred to you free of charge.

Mine failed barely three months into ownership. Had to send back the whole unit and got a replacement. Had to pay the agent for coordinating because I could not send direct to Russia from my country. Agent was in Slovakia.

Shipment from Express courrier to a private person it’s prohibited in Russia, already before the war, usually shipment is for An***y K**go***o*

Have to pay 300 euros for a replacement if they require to replace it quite a bit considering how many licenses I have already paid for
