Bedford Rascal Brakes - emifive - 24-08-2022

Hi all I have a problem with a 1988 Bedford Rascal 1.0L the same as suzuki Jimny I think. The problem is brakes sticking, I have replaced the front flexible brake hoses with new ones and replaced the pistons and seals in both front calipers with new ones. New front brake also. Has anyone got any ideas?

A thing that I have noticed is underneath the floor at the front center about 40 cm back from the front bumper is a valve block which has two brake pipes from the master cylinder at the front end and three at the other end, one to each front wheel and one to the rear brakes. Does anyone know what this is for and could this be my problem?
