Hallo
i have problem ecu is dead after bad flash write,now cant read and write this ecu,no diagnostic communication,only can read ID,how i solved this problem?
how i can direct write org file?

For restore this ecu need original file (.frf) type and with ODIS Engineering (can be clone) flashing.

I have odis e and have frf file but this not work...ecu stuck in boot mode,diagnostic mode not work,
I try odis vcp and kess recovery mode but not luck

But this procedure working just Odis-Engineering, but not working with Odis-Service.
You not check ID or other mode, immediately select Engine ECU Flash function, load file and start flashing. I have same problem and solved only with Odis-Engineering like this video (link attachment).

check if e2p dates eprom are ok or damaged, then you can try to do this jumper and test ecu in car, or buy an used ecu same part number and code immobilizer online with odis
