Best way to delete FSC codes for apple car play etc - makkan00 - 11-09-2022

The story is that someone did Apple car play and did not use the feature installer.

The car is due to go to BMW dealer for warranty work which requires a software update. In the UK they are refusing updates if you have fake FSCs installed.

So, I am trying to delete FSc codes. I cannot use the feature installer. Femto did not delete Fsc codes. Dr Gini cant delete those.

Any suggestions what is the best way to delete them?

Thanks.

Just flash the unit and load correct ones

Tool32, dev_uds.prg -> hu_delete_persistency_new

Haven't tried myself so not sure whether it works

The situation would be the same if he used before and drive to dealer to get software update.
Check what I step the car has, possible that he used the hacked workshop tool.

Next is, dealer can flash the whole car, the nav and patch or something else is away and dealer wont install OEM FSC then.
This is daily business in Germany about the recall of diesel engines.
