Hello everyone, colleagues will you help?
VCDS 18.9.0 suddenly stopped working, namely no cable is detected in the device manager, instead of Ross-Tech Direct USB Interface I have Unknown Device all the time. I reinstalled the vcds program, translated it to another computer and the same effect all the time.
The VAGCOM_HWType application also throws an Unknown Device error.
Of course, 12V power supply connected to 16 pin and GND to 4 pin.
Colleagues, will you help with the repair?

Your ftdi chip has stopped working. Change it and your interface will works again.
