CAS3++ died during programing - matiz - 22-09-2022
Hi,
I need pflash for this eeprom cas3++ 6135 9147195. CAS died during programming. I tried several pflash files but withot success. Maybe the eeprom is damaged ?
CAS is probably programmed ISTA P version 53.
Can you help me, please?

Or did u try downgrade for key programming?

true, from 0xf40 to 0xf80 all empty, also other small datas lost.... upload flash, maybe better to check all

May I guess that you flashed E90/91/92/93 CAS with WinKFP. Happened to me several times when I flash E9x CAS with WinKFP with E89 daten it dies everytime. Flash it with E60 daten and you will bring it back to live

This is not my job. I would make a backup first... A colleague lost his key, downgrade CAS, added key, car work, again programing CAS and CAS KO. Programming winkfp with this eeprom is not possible. CAS not responding, dead.

CAS programming in WINKFP must be done with the ignition off.

It's strange but in Comfort Mode and Latest SPDaten start Flash in CAS3+ on E89x with 9395657, this is an E60's ZB Number, obvious that flash fail, really in CAS3.HIS it's new ZB Number of 9398115, anyway ISTA\P flash 9389115 in E89x

1 Cas flashing is without keys
2 Update in kfp is never to be used if you don't know how kfp works.
3 In E89 ecu family all is working good, no any cas kill.
edit:
4 If you want to recover a wrong cas flash with kfp, you've to wake up cas manually, opening a door or activating emergency lights (4 turn signs) or whatever wake up the car manually... then flash it with correct zb.
