@al70, I don't believe the issue with your file, I think there are some faulty pieces that need to be replaced.
@bikej78, No I didn't try that after I cleared the crash data by the attached file up I get 27 error codes I cleared all of them by OBD diagnostic tool, and only one error code remained which is this : B28062B

Unfortunately, this error has not been resolved, I don't think there is an issue with your file, there is something with the car that needs to be fixed.
the owner shows the car to many diagnostic shops no one finds what is the error, so the owner decided to send the car to the dealer.
Anyway thanks for the help
