FRM Bench Test - DaBotta - 08-10-2022

Hello

I want to make an test bench cable , so i can program and test frm directlyy on bench.

I have aJBFE from E9x , obd socket , but i don't know , exactly the wires that need to connect the obd connector.

I saw that from JBFE to FRM i need to connect the CAN wires , but from JBFE to OBD how do i connect them ?

Someone have an schematic ?

Thank you

Here you go for programming the FRM with VVDI PROG

You didn't understand. Need them for coding , programing on bench. Not to write eeprom or flash.

I have what you showed here , this is for repair FRM3

Hello , i saw the newtis diagram , but i think JBBFE don't have that K Can connector , only CAN Low and High , those one cannot connect directly to obd , right ? Need some different can transformer ?

CAN Low and High connect directly to obd socket.

No need CAN transformer.

The JBE (built into the JBBF) is the gateway.

The gateway has all(!) available connections, also to OBD connector with D-CAN (500kBit/sec) / K-Line, also to K-CAN (100kBit/sec).

RE: FRM Bench Test - DaBotta - 14-10-2022

Tried all the wiring , and

NO RESPONSE FROM CONTROL UNIT . What i am doing wrong ....

FRM
X14261 Pin 12 Wake Up -> 12V
X14260 Pin 43 PT CAN_L -> JBE PIN 2 Blue Socket
X14260 Pin 44 PT_CAN_H -> JBE PIN 1 Blue Socket
X14260 Pin 45 K_CAN_l -> JBE PIN 10 Blue Socket
X14260 Pin 46 K_can_H -> JBE PIN 46 Blue Socket

All the powers and wake up for both modules

OBD

Tried even PIN 33 to PIN 7 OBD D_TXD1 and even PIN 33 D_CAN_L to PIN 14 OBD and PIN 17 D_CAN_H to PIN 6 OBD

Same result.

The JBE is from 2008 / 09

What i am doing wrong ? sad
