Hello, I have a problem finding the eeprom 24c512 in the dashboard of this excavator. Some of you have information where to look, please give me a hint.

I tried to read this chip with UPA and Orange5. It doesn't work, so it's not an eeprom. ATML H316 Is it really eeprom 24c512?

Maskcode, 316 means its made 2013 week 16. Second line has chipdetails.
Take multimeter to check ground on pin 4. And maybe desolder it to read.
