Yes, like always a goooood power supply connected to car when updating. Laptop connected to AC charger. Solid connection betwen interface and car. And most important correct files for update.

For GKE191, with WinKFP you can flash 7524760 (=ECE version). US version would be 7569945. After flashing you have to code EGS with empty MAN.
Before that you should identify and remember the current ZUSB in case you want to undo Alpina-EGS.
