ISTA Update from 4.37 to 4.38 - nobbynobbs - 31-10-2022
Hi!
ISTA 4.37 fresh installed.
With the Launcher Console update to 4.38. Without error message.
ISTA close with an error message. Database versions incompatible.
Current version is still 4.37, database is 4.38.
Do I have to change the version from 4.37 to 4.38 in the registry?
Or what did I do wrong?
New license is available and registered.

Changing the registry will not fix the problem. I would completely uninstall, clean registry and reinstall.

Then the error is in your installation files. Possibly download the package again or write to the user who provided the data. Whether the data has also been verified.

Why you install language files 4.38 with ista 4.37 that is wrong.Update just blp and sdp if you are using sedoy standalone

OK thanks. Can I still do this now? Or reinstall?
Which files do I have to choose then. For the launcher console?

Download again files from sedoy 4.37.40 SQLiteDBs de-DE en-GB and global. Delete all data in folder SQLiteDBs and install again. Registry change like on my picture

He need just to extract 7z file don`t need to use installer
