BMW E90 LCI - reset Airbag Ecu - Icces01 - 14-11-2022
Hi,
I need a way to restart a E90 LCI that has been in an accident. The cars airbags have deployed and now the car won’t start. Since the car will be an export, I’m looking for a way to reset or clear the Ecu accordingly. All the necessary software is available.
Probably a suitable BIN file is needed as well as a small manual.

Need to change the safety battery terminal or there is way to open it and connect the circuit for it

And is it enough to just clear the fault memory afterwards?

Error will be there, cause sefty terminal blow, but car will start if you make conection again. Take out positive terminal from battery and you will see problem. Also check if all fuses inside red box on battery are ok, cause thay like to blow togeter with sefty terminal. Better by new one safty terminal, but if you like to clear code remove plug from red safty terminal and connect between cables resistor 2,2 Ohm. This allow you to clear fault.
