I have a problem, I have a 2008 F250 with a 6.4 come into the shop I did the normal service oil change, etc.. I ran it on the VCM2 and IDS and started to update the PCM.. halfway through the PCM stopped responding. I checked everything to include the fuses, relays, and now the truck won't start, a security light flashes every half second, I made sure the PCM has power and it does. is it possible I bricked the PCM? or is there another module that the DL goes through before the PCM? like the IC? The truck doesn't have a BCM or at least there isn't one listed that I could find.
