No it does not.
(you can see if you download the x-tool demo from website, or check the car list on the website)
you need smelecom, but it's expensive

Does xtool do 2014-2015 volvo v70?
Also 2014 ford transit? Transit dash is same as focus3 with nec+95320?

Ah, yesterday I tried again. also x-tool succesfully installed on win7.
about the updates. i don't see transit 2013 in update list on the website.
if you bought xtool in 2015, then all 2015 updates are free. i'm not sure how it works, I should contact x-tool.
