need elv w246 dump
after disconnecting battery with the key inside the ignition lock and reconnecting supply after some engine repairs the elv stopped to work at all
when I read it with cg mb tool appeared that all data are reseted to zeros
hope somebody can share

There are several possible ways to fix it.
You can simply renew the ELV, write it with current ESL data then try activate it.
If you can't renew the ELV, will probably need to replace that ELV.
