limp mode for what reason ? " file not ok " is not an explanation

from 05.12.2022 goes to limp mode or what ? customer drive this car 4 months and now have limp mode or what ? maybe diagnostic can see what dtc errors have from how many time car goes to limp mode ? variant is a lot, map,maf,turbo,turbo air leak and more and more
