Actually usually if you install NEW FLM2 or Used, there’s not working low/high beam at all, and need complete flash!!
As you said, yours Low/High beam is completely working, except drl! Very strange, maybe yours DRL is faulty there? You can try also FLM2 module from other headlight side, and check how’s going then.
