NBT EVO replacement - ident of donor car ? - anstr - 30-12-2022
Hey All,
I'm benching and testing NBT EVO ID5 unit ZB# 8780776/ HWEL 2FC3 which was installed on a F10,F20 and F25 main series according to ETK.
Is there a way to determine from which exact car/mainseries it came from ? I tried looking thru KIS but no clue how to find it, defenietly not SQL literate

If SAME part # is for different series, that means ALL of them have SAME firmware (well, it COULD not be the case as far as KIS is concerned, but from my experience it is so, and it definitely is so in this specific case according to KIS). So KIS WON'T help you distinguish which one it came from. The only way IMHO is to look at the coding data or the VIN stored in it.

Thanks NODE for discolsing those details.
Unfortunatly this unit was retrofitted and patched to a diffrent VIN for pre-LCI F10 535D, therfore no luck here.
Ohh well, then I'll let it be since this was just out of curiosity

Just remembered that sometimes SWFKs/GWTBs are different for different chassis even on same part #. EVO should not have GWTBs,
and being for early F series it does not have any SWFK...
