VW TAURAG 7L 2.5TDI RANDOMLY STALING - ELMEPRO - 05-01-2023
Hello, i got car, to fix.
Its VW taureg 2.5 tdi manual 2005
basic kessy without handle buttons and start button
Came as abs 4x4...etc problem fixed terminal 15 corroded wires, everything works.
But new problem came out, engine randomly staling losing power to only ecu.
if engine running, ecu lose power no check on panel, after 40sec check engine comes back and i can start car normally and cycle is random.
Had anyone had this problem?
Dtc when this happened multiple modules tell that no communication to engine ecu
after ecu cames back from dead fault code inside is terminal 30(j317) impassible signal

SOLVED
front terminal 30 were connects starter generator main battery and engine terminal has been lose and with vibration caused no contact

This is a common problem on cars of these years of manufacture.
