uConnect green coloured picture from park camera - Steve25 - 06-01-2023
Jeep Wrangler 2020 US model. The car was before 2 years imported to EU, and someone did conversion to EU. But - because its Panasonic - its known problem that they often died after conversion, so the unit after conversion works cca 1,5 year, and died. I removed and sent to firm, which repair. Guy repaired, and send back with the factory US settings etc. All works, except camera picture - when put the reverse, then I see picture from the camera, but all is on green tones, not much useful. I spoke with repair man, and he told that need be resseted. So I did all 3 resets, which are in menu. No change (did 4 times...). Yesterday the car was here on Mercedes dealer, they did reset with factory diagnostics, still same. So Ive called to Jeep importer, and on support told me thats reason is probably "old" software, old software did this green-toned picture. In the unit is software 20.04.19, when I try find if is any newest, on all forums wrote that 20.04.19 is the latest software. Have someone experiences how to solve? The client told me that camera works before unit died, so I think too its some software/settings or what...
And better again - the picture from camera is visible, I see all, but all in green shades...
