E90 EGS changed and the gear running in emergency mode
i have 2 faults but not sure what is making the problem
004E87 EGS:SOLENOID VALVE 4 (SHIFT LOCK)
00CF33 NO message, receiver EGS, transmitter DME-DDE

Give us some more info. VIN, or at least model, year... What gearbox nr you had, what gearbox number is installed now.
Looks like wrong gearbox to me.

Well, according to SPDaten & ETK this car SHALL have GKE211 gearbox control unit. The # you provided is GKE215.

Wrong TCU installed.

Gke215 also have shift lock, 1&3 pin in front of gear shift, if I remember. Interlock or shiftlock can be code out probably, but u should check your wire & software number first. I made swap to $205, with gke215 to e89 with n52, after flash it with "Alpina" sw, and all work fine.

flashed it with GKE211 but still the same fault
