I have 2004 smart roadster I have key code MCC0591 I need biting cuts can some one help please thanks

remove the ignition, you will have to do it by hand, 8 holes in the barrel but only 7 used, put a blank blade in and see where the wafers sit, will take some time, but can be done for sure

Sadly, Mercedes has not published this info, your best option is to get the ignition lock picked.
