I need xml files and admin client and Ista Launcher for ISTA 4.38.14 full installation. Can you help me.

can somebody explain how to use this launcher to update ista 3.39.20 to 4.40.3x? I have delta files

This is for offline license. 
1. Offline license for 4.40.3x.
2. You must have all the packages (files) 4.40.1x - 4.40.3x.

Yes I have files and offline Ista. But where I have to put these files? in which folder to update with ista launcher
