211 p2502 the gear is implausable or the transmission is slipped

any idea what is the problem please

You don't even specify the type of transmission that the vehicle has, how and when it occurs, the context is necessary... after that, in a road test and analyzing the available information, conclusions can be drawn.

Well, with this DTCs im suspect that is a 722.6 transmission.

Normally is a common fault with the valve body/solenoids or clutchs burned.

Check, clean and replace the conductor plate and TCC solenoid. If the problem stay, time to open the transmission and repair.

thanks so much just ask the owner what he did befor that problem appear and he tell me someone tell him the gear oil need 2 liters more and he add them after that the fault become so i take out 2 liters of oil and every thing work fine the fault disappear

If it had an overlubrication it is normal for it to slip but the ideal is not to remove 2 liters but to check the level properly at 80ºC

to be honest i dont know how to check the oil level for that car
