Hi, it is possible immo off for VW Passat ecu EDC16U1 if ecu and motor mounted to another car?

hi you file is still immo off, and yes if is immo off you can put in any car with ame ECU.

from what I see in this file immo is already disabled

but motor starts and stop after second. For edc16u1 no need to be connected to immo? i known edc15 (Audi A4)not working without dashboard, if even immo off.

Is this really a problem with immo? In the file you attached immo is disabled at 100%.
