Problem writing history via SHMlite. - harwey039 - 21-02-2023

Hi I made an entry today via SHM lite from BlackBoxSystem. The history there was three lines. I wrote a new one. I went to write it. Everything went as usual. But after restarting the whole history disappeared. Can you help me?

I'm pretty sure you need to write all history again. SMH does not do a delta update to the existing list, rather it replaces all entries. easiest I found was taking a photo of each page so it could be re-entered.

SHM Lite cannot write just one service line because is Lite version.
You must write all service lines in one session, with SHM LITE.
If you want to write one service line,  you must uncheck the bottom box " Erase all services " , but this is possible if you buy Pro Version.
SHM LITE doesn't write data for all headunits, but it will erase  data from all headunits whidout writing back.
Is working on Cic , Nbt and Nbt_2 until 2016 Butt not for all.
In your case,  all services data was deleted and you cannot recover data service but you can write again al services maybe with other tool if SHM LITE cannot write data on your headunit.
