Or can anyone fully clone ECU?

Im bulding a trackbike and i need a ecu-ews set to start the engine(or just ecu with deactivated immo). I can order new ews matched for my other road bike with the key from the dealer. Its quite cheap but i need to clone the ecu from that bike too, ECU is bit more expensive at the dealer....
