Damaged ECU - al70 - 28-04-2023 Guys I need some help identifying this little black chip, I damaged it trying to loosen the screw beside it, it has     3 legs all I can make out is AJP inscribed on it RE: Damaged ECU - Node - 28-04-2023 If P is capital then it's probably 2SD1782K-P transistor.
