W212 ESZ Problem - DaBotta - 15-05-2023
Hello guys , hope someone can help me with my problem.
Got an W212 with A2129055600 ESZ , that have a problem. Don't recognize the key when is inseret. I had tested with CGDI , all other position are working but KEY INSERED no't show.
Now i have another ESZ but i cannot clone it , becuase i cannot compute the password , because CGDI cannot find see the key is inseret in the ESZ.
Allready tried to mesure the current on the led diode , and when the key is insered it's change it to 9V aprox , if i remove the key the current is about 1V. Is there any other way to "fix" this problem , just till i read the password so i can clone the ESZ ?

can you read the ESZ data? and does the car have an ELV?

Remake solder joints on the PCB ,common problem on W212 eis,had like 20 done so far .

How to do that , if the ESZ don't recognize if the key is inseret or not. Even AKL need to insert the simulation key , and on that point everything stops

Remove the cover of EIS ,there are pins of the plug insterted into PCB but they re not soldered,solder them on the pcm and clean with alcohol
