I have this Navi without any SD-card inside.
What can I do to have latest Europe maps?

Unless you're getting a "Navi not activated" message on the screen, it means your navi simply needs the SD card which you can buy ( 8X0060884R for 2023 maps...you can find them on eBay) or CID patch it to be able to use any bramd of SD cards, but that's way more complicated.

4G0 035 182 has no GPS, cheapest of the cheap low spec junk.
