elIo everyone! I reinstalled Windows from 7 to 10. Now I can't activate the extended license, error - Communication with the license server is not issued. I want to make sure that outgoing FORSCAN connections are not blocked by the firewall.
I have antivirus and firewall disabled!!!
Help...

I solved the problem. Server access is limited in my region. need to use vpn
