ISTA Simulation - M-Simon - 18-06-2023 Hi, for older ISTA Versions it was possible to simulate the car by using a xml- file. I found the instructions a couple of years ago in this forum: 1. read a car an do a test. 2. close session. 3. Go to ISTA/Logs, here you see some log files. Rename the .zip.log file to .zip 4. Extract .zip and now you get some files and one of them is .xml 5. Place .xml in ISTA/Testdaten 6. Change VCI setting in ISTA to Simulation 7. read the simulation file same way as you did by the vehicle. The Connection Manager keeps empty for me, so the simulated car is not shown Thanks! RE: ISTA Simulation - chang2 - 18-06-2023 hello, I can use the function without any problems. What are you using the simulation for? thanks RE: ISTA Simulation - M-Simon - 18-06-2023 Just for playing / testing / reading in the ABLs, sitting not in the car. RE: ISTA Simulation - Sedoy - 18-06-2023 Nothing changed, all working. RE: ISTA Simulation - M-Simon - 18-06-2023 Hmm, ok I must check again. Thanks! RE: ISTA Simulation - M-Simon - 21-10-2023 Hi, tried it multiple times, but the car from the xml doesn't appear in the connection manager... Do you guys have any other idea what I am doing wrong?
