hi ! seems you dont understand how this sistem work!!  if is your sgate account  dealer acount located  on different place then is located your registered pc and dealer have more isids in him company only one isid must be download device not all isids, but my sugestion if use this sgate account to dealer dont know that you use them or someone give you this account, my sugestion is deinstall  this admin client because dealer  will be have big problem if bmw see one registered  pc from different location and its not part of this dealer network!!
