I need ISN from dump. Possible to change ISN and VIN in DUMP or only read and write in CAS?

eeprom look like bad reading
Re-Read and post eeprom dump , size 32,64,128 bit

Reading eeprom kess3 I checked it should be
Maybe IMMO OFF in FLASH MPC?

Problem solved, eeprom is ok, problem in mpc corrupted flash.
