F01 surround view removed only rear camera installed - claw - 18-07-2023
Hi guys,
I have here one F01 with side view cameras removed, only rear camera installed, with same TRSVC. Car coded with only 3AG, 5DL has been removed.
Everytime i put on reverse, i get error on dash only (not on idrive) about "rear camera malfunction". On ista, i get this errors:
800BAA -> CVBS output, open circuit or not connected
800BDA -> Side view camera, left, not connected
800BDB -> Side view camera, right, not connected
i it possible to code rear camera error? or only with new TRSVC?

After removing 5DL did you recode TRSVC and navi CIC/NBT?

If you have installed TRSVC with 5DL cam connectors you can't remove this errors. You will have this all time.
The only thing is change TRSVC to 3AG TRSVC with only one connector for rear cam.

The car has videoswitch? If you have checked CVBS connection from cam to HU.

Sorry for not updating thread.
Issue was on cable.
After replaced, no errors on dash. Of course it still has errors on INSTA, as expected. Only replacing TRSVC will remove them.
