Did you updated tintje latest ISPI Admin Client? If you did do you also get that error message?

No interest in offline but people like to be up to date without knowing why!
For this version:
Downloading of log files for technical support has been fixed in this release, e.g. for EoS test for ISTA and ISTA/P.
Important defect elimination for the download station.
