Flash ZGW to ZGW2 problem - Haug530d - 28-08-2023
I have followed this video trying to flash a ZGW Mid02 to ZGW2
Youtube link in txt file or search for ZGW in ZGW2 BMW X3 F25 2010 in Youtube.
I'm of course using Istep shipment from the ZGW and changing the
BTLD
HWEL
SWFL
SWFL
from my own readout from a modified FA with Zeikriterium 0712 and only 609 option in Salapa (Of the 6xx codes)
But then i have done everything i get this error, see attached picture, what could be wrong here?

Tried this From Loliceman here on the forum:
It's easy to flash ZGW, I use this method:
Go to "TAL calculation" => Load FA from 2012/07 or above F10/F11 => Read ECU, save it as SVT_IST.XML => Edit this, change the line "Basevariant" from ZGW to ZGW2, save => load this SVT_IST.XML under "KIS target" => now calculate TAL and you should see ZGW wants a flash.
Flashed sucsessfully but doesnt seem like Zgw2 and the NBT and ZBE is not showing up in E-sys after flash either.

This is the simple way. I used this many times successfully. Use the highest 0712 I-step from build I-step and generate svt_soll.

Tried to change FA to 0315 Zeikriterium aswell, as i got an error Calculating Tal (sachnummer 9385181 nicht bestellbar) with 0712, found out the Error code is for a FRM which is installed from 15-03-500, 15-03-501, 15-03-502, 15-03-503 I-Step level.
I have now tried many times, it seems like it is a sucess each time but isn't
So i'm loading Psdzdata to a newly installed computer and will try Esys from that one, as nothing seems to wotk on this one, only FDL and FA coding.

Why you don't use ZGW TAL for newer cars, remove expected sgm and flash .. isn't it easier?
