Touran EDC17C46 in limp mode. DPF+AdBlue Delete - anass_f - 30-08-2023

Hi mates,
I have here a Touran on which I tried ECUDECODER and Davinci and a service of a tuner but without success.
I deleted the AdBlue and the DPF. I physically removed the DPF and the AdBlue ECU + NOx sensor.
The car is still in limp mode with no DTC except for a glow plug. After flashing those three flash mods when I pull the measurements blocs I see the DPF measured and calculated masses are both: 60g (which is high). I also see the engine torque value is limited by "smoke torque limitation" value while driving.
I reset the DPF values with the original flash and then flashed the mods, but still no joy.
If someone can please help with this car.
Thank you in advance.

I think I might have found the culprit. The DPF diff sensor shows a very high value and I tested it with a handheld tool and it confirms the reading. This means the exhaust pipe is clogged somewhere. Probably in the back silencer because I have physically removed the DPF.
I'll keep the thread updated once I confirm the findings.

Hi.

- Make resets on original file,
- flash mod,
- disconnect Adblue module
- clear dtc

and leave feedback

It needs you to tell it that you have replaced the DPF, if it still doesn't react, you have to cancel the EGR mechanically.
